Industrial warehouse, set of woodworking machinery, furniture and inventory

Offers are being collected for the disposal of assets from an industrial plant dedicated to the manufacture of boxes, pallets and wooden packaging for the fruit and vegetable and agro-industrial sectors. The facility includes a sawmill (wood cross-cutting and shredding) and production lines, nailing and cubing, together with the plant's logistics and technical equipment. The set of marketed assets includes the facility e2 80 99s operating equipment, as well as the industrial property, divided into five lots, among which the following stands out:

• Real estate and technical installations: industrial warehouse owned (Camino de El Jau, Property 10248), 70 kWp photovoltaic installation on the roof with SolarEdge inverter, capacitor bank, fire-fighting installation, LED lighting and hoist.
• Industrial machinery: MCM013MB bottom nailing line (2021), LM-1100 log cross-cut saw, wood-waste shredding line, Massicot cutting machines, ultrasonic cuber, hydraulic chipping press and compressor. Logistics and handling equipment: Linde forklift, John Deere tractor with front loader, Manitou and JCB 541-70 telescopic handlers with clamp, manual pallet trucks and site trolley.
• Inventory and tooling: stock inventory of various items and manufacturing molds.
• Furniture: fully depreciated office furniture.
• IT equipment and software: Cloud ERP management software, HP and Brother printers, label printer and laptop computer.

• Offers may be submitted both for individual items and for lots, and the award will be made in accordance with what is detailed in the abOrder e2 80 93 liquidation rules bb.
  
• The assets will be awarded to the bidder provided that theirs is the only offer submitted and that it is equal to or greater than 75% of the inventory value.
  
• If there is a single offer below 75%, or if several offers are submitted, the insolvency administration will call an online auction among bidders and interested third parties, under the following conditions:
  
• The auction will be held through the GOBID platform and will last 15 days.
  
• The amount of the best offer received in the prior phase will be considered the minimum starting price for the auction.
  
• The award will be made to the highest bidder, provided that the best auction offer is equal to or greater than 50% of the inventory value indicated in the lot sheet and in the inventory attached to the sale.
