Building is developed mainly on ground floor with a first floor for offices and a basement for storage.
Access inside is permitted by a metal gate, and in front of main façade there is a maneuvering area.

Ground floor has elongated rectangular form, with access via a metal door with built-in pedestrian door.
Interior of ground floor is intended for storage of building materials and in the final part there is a building section in addition of rectangular form and lower height communicating with the courtyard, also this section is intended for storage of building materials.
On ground floor there are also toilets and changing rooms.

The basement, however, is accessible from ground floor through a staircase and is qualified as a warehouse for building materials.

Office area is located on first floor of building but is not communicating with ground floor, with direct access from the main facade of building.
Inside in addition to offices there are also toilets.
