The receivership reports having proceeded with their renewal. Although such domains are not legally linked to the life of the trademarks in Italy and/or abroad, it is nonetheless evident that their renewal can contribute to maintaining the company's image.
The buyer of the trademark could therefore use the renewed domains.

Please note that priority will be given to the evaluation of irrevocable purchase offers received for Lot 1. Therefore, in the presence of one or more irrevocable purchase offers concerning the entire asset, the irrevocable offers submitted in relation to this lot will not be taken into consideration, unless otherwise indicated by the Procedure, and Lot 1 will be awarded, or a bidding competition will be called on said Lot, should there be two or more irrevocable offers deemed appropriate and admissible by the Receivership based on the requirements set out in these sale regulations.
