Please note that priority will be given to the evaluation of irrevocable purchase offers received for Lots 5 and 1. Therefore, in the presence of one or more irrevocable purchase offers relating to Lot 5 (Transfer of business including industrial property and machinery for an operating clothing-sector business in Camerano) and Lot 1 (Transfer of a clothing-sector business in Camerano), the irrevocable offers submitted for the single Lot 4 will not be taken into consideration, unless otherwise indicated by the Procedure, and the award of Lots 5 or 1 will proceed as indicated above, or an upward bidding auction will be called for said Lot, should there be two or more irrevocable offers, deemed appropriate and admissible by the Bankruptcy Trustee based on the requirements indicated in these sale regulations.
