The procedure is not registered with VIES. VAT will therefore also be due for intra-Community buyers.

The lots are sold as seen and liked, in the condition in which they are found. Viewing is recommended.

Any adaptations of the goods to all regulations in force, and in particular to those on prevention and safety, as well as those relating to ecological and environmental protection and – more generally – to current regulations, shall be the exclusive responsibility of the buyer, who will bear any expense, with the assignor released from any liability in this regard. Any instrumental goods not complying with the regulations currently in force on the matter, if included in the inventory, will be considered the object of the sale solely as goods "to be scrapped", with the receivership excluded from any liability in the event they are used by the transferee. In particular, for any goods not compliant with safety regulations, lacking the CE mark, the successful bidder is obliged to proceed, under their sole care, responsibility, and risk, to bring them into compliance or, if this is not possible, to dispose of them in accordance with the law.
