Company dedicated to the cutting, marketing and distribution of chicken and its derivatives. Fresh chicken and frozen chicken in various presentations: whole, breasts, wings, ham, thighs, blankets and other cuts presented in iqf and in standard 5 kg boxes.
Lots included in the sale:
- LOT 0 - RAMOS ALIDIS PRODUCTION UNIT: includes all the assets that make up the company's current and non-current assets, including inventories (300-350), duly updated on the date of formalization of the transfer of the production activity unit. Items 470 and 472 (HP debtor) accrued prior to the sale of the PU, as well as the current account balances (570) at the date of its formalization, will not be considered included in the Production Units. - LOT 1 - PRODUCTION UNITS / COLD STORAGE (Description on the lot page and in Annex 1)
- LOT 2 - PRODUCTION UNIT OF PRODUCTION (Description on the lot page and in Annex 2)

Company in operation with full activity at 100% and with a positive economic result for the year 2021, with the possibility of new immediate contracts.
It currently has 31 workers with an average salary of 875 euros.
Lots included in the sale:
- LOT 0 - RAMOS ALIDIS PRODUCTION UNIT: includes all the assets that make up the company's current and non-current assets, including inventories (300-350), duly updated on the date of formalization of the transfer of the production activity unit. Offers may be submitted for the acquisition of the business unit as a whole (Lot 0) or for the segregated branches of storage and conservation (Lot 1) and Production (Lot 2). The offers presented on the segregated company branches (Lot 1 and Lot 2) must be submitted jointly and are inseparable, considering that the two company branches take place in the same installations. For this reason, in the event that the offers presented for the two segregated company branches come from two different companies, it is established as an essential requirement that collaboration mechanisms are formulated between them to share the installations.
The Curatorship reserves the right to communicate the offer to the Court for its approval. In this case, only once the offer has been approved, will the award confirmation be sent to the highest bidder with instructions for making the payments within the required deadline.
In the event that the offer does not reach the reserve price, the award must be approved by the Curatela.
In the event that between the best offer received in economic terms and another or other offers received of an amount equal to or greater than the reserve price there is a difference of more than 6 workers, the Bankruptcy Trustee will evaluate (in its unquestionable judgment) which which considers the best offer presented and will be able to accept the offer bound to the realization of an auction on the gobid.es page where it will be used as a basis (starting price and perimeter of the company branch) for the presentation of better offers. Once the auction is finalized, it will be awarded to the highest bidder.
