that on 19 June 2026 at 12:00 at S-Mart S.r.l. in Brescia (BS), Via Solferino no. 24/D, the auction without sealed bids will be held, in mixed synchronous online mode, of the items described below, under the conditions and procedures indicated hereafter.

1) Patent application no. 102024000014053 entitled "System and method for controlling a closed environment" (patent pending)
The invention relates to a system and method for controlling parameters of a closed environment in order to increase performance, comfort, healthiness and, more generally, the level of well-being of occupants, based on multifactor elements.
The costs estimated by the expert to complete the filing process of the patent application amount to approximately Euro 1,500.00, amounts already taken into account in the valuation.
2) Copyright marked no. 2024/00196 filed with the Italian Society of Authors and Publishers (SIAE) – Strobilo Impact Software
The software enables real-time monitoring of the environmental conditions of a closed environment based on proprietary algorithms built on multifactor predictive models. The output consists of the four indicators for which the patent application was filed.
The software could be used in the healthcare sector, transportation, manufacturing industry, retail and shopping centers.
