Composition with creditors n.3/2023 - Court of Milan

 

SALE NOTICE

 

A. The arrangement with creditors Reby Italia s.r.l. collects expressions of interest for the purchase of a portion of the vehicle fleet (electric scooters, electric scooters and electric bicycles) owned by the creditor, and more specifically:
 

- n. 1,126 electric scooters;

- n. 95 electric bicycles.

 

The expressions of interest must be better than the Irrevocable Purchase Proposal already received by the procedure after the decree of admission to the composition with creditors, for a total amount of Euro 140,000.00 plus legal charges, with transfer costs to be borne by the successful tenderer, already deposited for Euro 14,000.00, equal to 10% of the offered price.

 

The goods are sold in the state of fact and law in which they are found, excluding any guarantee for faults and/or defects and/or malfunctions.

 

ALTERNATIVELY: interested parties are invited to submit expressions of interest for the purchase procedure:

 

B. of the entire vehicle fleet owned by Reby Italia s.r.l., consisting of no. 448 electric scooters (model: IMF E-ptio), n. 2,568 electric scooters (models: Hongji BH06, Hongji BH04 and Okai ES200A) and n. 104 electric bicycles (models: Hongji BD03 and DYNAbike G2), for which a value in the plan and composition proposal of Euro 400,000.00 has been envisaged, supported by estimates by the companies SIVAG S.p.A. and Avacos s.r.l.

 

C. of the remaining fleet of vehicles owned by Reby Italia s.r.l., consisting of no. 448 electric scooters, n. 1442 electric scooters and n. 9 electric bicycles

 

The subjects interested in participating in the competitive procedure pursuant to art. 91 CCII, must peremptorily send their offers by 5 July 2023 at 1.00 pm by certified email: rebyitaliasrl.milano@pecconcordati.it
