NOTICE

 

Purchase of the investment held by the company Building Lifecycle Service Srl in liq. with registered office in Milan, Piazza Diaz n. 1 and operational headquarters in Lomello, Provincial Road 193bis n. 9/11 in the company AREA Srl, with headquarters in Rottofreno (PC) Via Bonina est. 20/c (tax code 01502580333) share capital euro 30,000.00 - for the 10% share.

 

The base price of the purchase offer must be higher than the amount of Euro 4,800.00, equal to the base price of the offer already presented. The costs, including notary fees, expenses and taxes relating to the deed of sale must be added to the basic auction price for the successful bidder.

 

The binding offer with a deposit of 10% (ten percent) of the amount offered must be sent no later than 11.59 pm on 28 February 2023 to the PEC address of the Concordato cp15.2022milano@pecconcordati.it
