SALE AS A SINGLE LOT

The procedure is not registered with VIES. VAT will therefore be due also for intra-Community buyers.

The lots are sold as seen and liked in the condition in which they are found. Viewing is recommended.

Any adjustments of the assets to all applicable regulations, and in particular those concerning prevention and safety, as well as those regarding ecological and environmental protection and – more generally – the regulations in force, shall be the sole responsibility of the buyer, who will bear any expense, with the transferor released from any liability in this regard. Any instrumental assets not compliant with the regulations currently in force, if included in the inventory, will be considered the subject of the sale solely as assets "to be scrapped", with the receivership excluded from any liability in the event of their use by the transferee. In particular, for any assets not compliant with safety regulations and lacking the CE marking, the successful bidder is obliged to proceed, at their sole care, expense and risk, to bring them into compliance or, if this is not possible, to dispose of them in accordance with the law.
