SALE NOTICE - Company transfer - Door and window production
Bankruptcy n.68 / 2018 - Law Court of Verona
On sale company specialized in the production and marketing of interior and exterior doors and windows, consisting of material goods (machinery, generic systems, electronic office machines, ordinary office furniture and machines, internal transport vehicles and vehicles) and intangible assets (start-up, names, licenses, manufacturing permits, know-how) in addition to the goods in stock and including the following brands listed below:
- Italian company trademark "Albertini", registered under n. 1205729;
- "Albertini" Community trade mark registered under n. 1428739;
- US business brand "Albertini" registered under n. 2408741.
BASIC PRICE and PURCHASE OFFER
"The price offered may not be lower than the base price equal to Euro 1,051,445.00 plus statutory taxes and transfer charges, under penalty of nullity of the offer.
The offer must contain the irrevocable obligation to purchase the company at the price offered, which cannot be lower than the base price must be received in a sealed envelope, showing the indication “offer for company purchase bankruptcy n. 68/2018 Verona Law Court "at the office of Official Receiver Mr. Silvia Adami in Verona Vicolo San Bernardino n. 3 until 11.00 on 11.04.2019, together with a non-transferable bank draft payable to the Bankruptcy of at least 10% of the price offered."
