SALE NOTICE
Company branch in the mechanical sector of investment casting with lost wax, consisting of the buildings, plants and equipment necessary for the production of customized components in steel, aluminum and special alloys of various shapes and sizes using the lost wax casting technology. The business unit has an order package that is still active and a workforce of about 55 employees.
Expressions of interest are required for one or both of the following two hypotheses and must be sent to the email address indicated below by 12 noon on 13/12/2021:
Business unit rental
The offer must contain an indication of the rent and the duration of the proposed lease, the commitment to maintain the production site with an indication of the workforce that is committed to keeping, the guarantees provided to cover liabilities that may be generated during the company lease period.
You are asked to indicate any commitment to participate in the subsequent purchase of the company.
Purchase of the business unit
The offer must contain an indication of the purchase price, the plan for the continuation of business activities with an indication of the workforce that is committed to keeping, the guarantees provided for the execution of the proposed plan.
The available documentation is placed in a data room whose access credentials will be communicated by the curator upon sending the request to the email bankruptcymicrocastspa@studiomustarelli.it with the signing of a confidentiality commitment.
This notice does not imply any obligation on the part of the bankruptcy procedure or any commitment to rent or sell the business unit towards any bidders, nor any charge, not even potential, for any mediation and / or consultancy.
