The lots are sold as seen and liked in the condition in which they are found. Viewing is recommended.

Any adaptations of the assets to all applicable regulations, and in particular those concerning prevention and safety, as well as those regarding ecological and environmental protection and – more generally – current regulations, shall be the sole responsibility of the purchaser, who will bear any expense, with the transferor released from any liability in this regard. Any instrumental goods not compliant with the regulations currently in force, if included in the inventory, will be considered the object of the sale solely as goods "to be scrapped", with any liability of the Bankruptcy Estate excluded in the event of their use by the buyer. In particular, for any goods not compliant with safety regulations and lacking the CE mark, the successful bidder is obliged to proceed, at their sole care, expense and risk, to bring them into compliance or, if this is not possible, to dispose of them in accordance with the law.
