Any adjustments of the goods to all applicable regulations, and in particular those concerning prevention and safety, as well as those regarding ecological and environmental protection and – more generally – the regulations in force, shall be exclusively borne by the buyer, who will bear any expense, with the seller released from any liability in this regard. Any instrumental goods not complying with the regulations currently in force on the matter, if included in the inventory, will be considered the object of sale solely as goods "to be scrapped", with the receivership excluded from any liability in the event of their use by the purchaser. In particular, for any goods not compliant with safety regulations, lacking the CE mark, the successful bidder is obliged to proceed, at its sole care, expense and risk, to bring them into compliance or, if this is not possible, to dispose of them in accordance with the law.
