Business unit no. 2: "Private Market Service and Construction".
This division handles the integrated management of private real estate assets and the construction of technological systems. The business unit boasts an active portfolio of over 240 sites, including industrial and office complexes, hotel facilities, and condominium buildings.
The operational core of the business unit focuses mainly on providing operation and maintenance services, both ordinary and extraordinary, for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and refrigeration systems. These activities are complemented by technical and regulatory consulting services aimed at bringing existing technological plants into compliance and keeping them up to date, as well as the execution of electrical and plumbing system contracts within buildings. The business unit includes liabilities for customer advances received in the amount of €469,995.63, which will be transferred to the buyer as contractual positions to be fulfilled together with the ongoing construction sites.
