The economic value of the offer received by the Procedure is therefore overall equal to EUR 600,000.00 (six hundred thousand/00), plus taxes and statutory charges.

The sale procedure will concern the business unit owned by S.E.P. SOCIETÀ EUROPEA PLASTICA S.R.L., carrying out the activity of manufacturing plastic products (ATECO Code 22.21.00), operating at the plant located in Volano (TN), Via Salenghi no. 68/1-2.

The irrevocable proposal may concern exclusively the Business Unit in its entirety, as described above.
Parties meeting the required criteria may express their interest by sending to the Judicial Liquidator Dr. Saudo Maistri, via certified email (PEC) to [email protected], by 24:00 on 30 June 2026, a letter of irrevocable proposal drafted in Italian and digitally signed, containing:

- a statement that they intend and are interested in purchasing the Business Unit in the Simplified Arrangement procedure of S.E.P. Società Europea Plastica S.r.l., R.G. 2/2026, indicating the purchase price, which may not be lower than EUR 600,000.00 (six hundred thousand/00) plus taxes and statutory charges, with payment terms equivalent to those of the offer on file (50% upon execution of the deed of assignment and 50% within 60 days from the same date);

- first name, last name (or company name), contact details for any communication relating to this procedure, telephone number, email address and PEC address of the person appointed to receive communications;

- the full personal details of the interested party: tax code or VAT number; in the event the expression of interest is submitted on behalf of a company, an updated Chamber of Commerce (C.C.I.A.A.) certificate dated no earlier than three months, showing the incorporation of the company and the signing powers of the signatory.
