Sale Notice

 

The competitive procedure concerns:

 

1. the leasing concession of the company previously managed by the aforementioned company

bankrupt and as better described below in the attached notice of sale;

and inseparably:

2. the sale of the modest stock of goods and materials found on site

inventory.

 

Specifically, the main terms of the concluded contracts of

company lease.

 

The secret and irrevocable offers to rent the company and purchase the goods warehouse

must be presented in a sealed envelope at the Office of the Bankruptcy Trustee,

dr. Tommaso Riccardi, in Solopaca (BN), Corso Cusani n.56, by 7.00 pm on May 28, 2021.

 

the person interested in renting the company, aware that he will necessarily have to

also purchase the goods warehouse, must make a binding offer (proposal) and

irrevocable pursuant to art. 1329 of the Italian Civil Code on the rent, expressing itself on a value that it will not be able to

be lower (starting price) than 2,000.00 (two thousand / 00) euros per month, plus statutory VAT.

 

The offer, in addition to the indication of the monthly fee offered, must contain a check

non-transferable circular made out to the "Bankruptcy IL FORNO DEL PONTE SRL"

of the amount equal to 10% of the annual rent offered (with a minimum amount of 2,400.00 (two thousand four hundred / 00) euros), as a deposit.

 

the interested party must make an irrevocable and binding offer (proposal) pursuant to art.

1329 of the Italian Civil Code concerning the purchase of the goods and materials warehouse, indicated in the inventory

bankruptcy, expressing itself on a value that cannot be lower (auction base) a 1,000.00 (one thousand / 00) euros, plus VAT as required by law.

 

the offer, in addition to the indication of the price offered for the aforementioned movable property, must

contain non-transferable cashier's check made out to the bankruptcy IL FORNO DEL

PONTE SRL "of the amount equal to 50% of the price offered, with a minimum amount of 500.00 (five hundred / 00) euros, as a deposit.
