The transfer includes:
- Administrative authorizations: includes the authorization/license for the administration of food and beverages within the controlled "red" area of the historic center of the municipality of Verona.
- Movable goods and equipment: includes all furnishings of the hall, machinery and instrumental assets for the kitchen and bar functional to the activity.

The following is specified:
- The property where the business branch is operated is currently held under lease pursuant to a commercial lease agreement; it is possible to take over the lease by providing the required guarantees to the owner.
- In case the successful bidder does not wish to take over the aforementioned lease, they must proceed with the immediate release of the premises as better specified below.
- The submission of the offer implies knowledge of this notice, the appraisals and other attached documents and constitutes acceptance of the sales conditions.
- The publication of this competitive procedure within the legal terms will be guaranteed within the timeframe indicated in the "duration of the auction" section.
- All expenses and ancillary charges related to the award, including expenses related to the transfer of ownership, are borne by the successful bidder/purchaser.
