Technical installations

Set of technical installations for industrial use owned by the insolvent company, located in the warehouse at Calle Bilbao, 4-6 in Mérida (Badajoz), which is operated under a lease regime. The lot consists of a suction system, quality improvement systems using artificial vision and wooden block length measurement, a fire protection system, a manufacturing data capture system, an alarm system and a compressed air installation. As the property is rented, no ownership rights over the building are included.

Special condition for dismantling and removal: The award of this lot entails the strict obligation on the part of the successful bidder to dismantle and remove the goods while guaranteeing the complete integrity of the warehouse. The buyer must leave the property in perfect condition after extraction, assuming at its sole expense the repair and replacement of any damage, modification or structural or aesthetic defect caused to the building during dismantling operations.
