ASSETS DESCRIPTION

The Villa is located in the ancient village of Capannuccia also known as Grantieri due to the presence of terracotta statues depicting soldiers, once placed on the walls of the villa.
The villa has an oratory, which served as a chapel and burial ground, the chapel is dedicated to Santa Lucia.
The area where it stands is characterized by buildings used for civilian housing, there are various driveways and pedestrian accesses from the main street that lead onto the garden of relevance.

The building consists of a main building (the villa) partly built on five floors above ground and partly on just two levels.

L’ex Cappella, ormai sconsacrata, è composta da disimpegno, ripostiglio, soppalco praticabile e scala interna. All’interno è ancora presente un altare settecentesco. L’accesso si ha direttamente dalla via pubblica. Fa parte della proprietà anche un appezzamento di terreno di 90 mq usato per la viabilità, detto terreno è comune alle altre unità immobiliari facente parti del complesso. La villa presenta soffitti dipinti in discreto stato di conservazione, infissi in legno ed alluminio, impianto elettrico, impianto idrico alimentato da un pozzo di proprietà del confinante, impianto termico autonomo a gas che attualmente è in disuso. Almost in structural continuity with these buildings, there is a building under renovation/construction made with reinforced concrete partitions for the basement part and poroton-type load-bearing masonry for the upper floors; internally it is unfinished, there are only some partitions on the ground floor. The ground and first floors are intended for housing while the basement is used as a property.
On the back of the buildings, in the south-west corner of the property, there is a masonry building used as dog kennels with related metal fences. In the northern part of the property there are the sports facilities, consisting of a swimming pool, a tennis court and a bowling alley.
Adjacent to the swimming pool there is also a building made of masonry, with a flat roof and plastered and painted facades.
