Notes: It should be noted that the 2002 agreement provided for in art. 4 and 9 that the future purchasers of the properties should take over all the obligations undertaken and not fulfilled at the time of the sale date. It should also be noted that the variant to the development plan, approved on 01/10/2012, was not followed by any stipulation of a new agreement. Therefore the variant to the P.L. it is to be considered as a suspended practice and awaiting the political-administrative decisions that will be approved in this regard by the City Council.
