Lots require payment of a specific deposit indicated in the lot sheet.
Only legal entities with a VAT number and qualifying as Companies and/or Professionals under Legislative Decree 206/2005 in the following categories are allowed to participate in the auction: outsourcers and traders in the sector. Legal entities are also required to send an updated copy of the chamber of commerce registration to: info@gobid.it in order to participate in the auction.
Lots at auction are subject to a reserve price. At the end of the auction, for the best offers received below the reserve price, the award will be subject to approval by the principals.
BIDS PLACED ARE BINDING AND CONSTITUTE A FORMAL COMMITMENT TO PURCHASE. IN CASE THE AWARD TO THE HIGHEST BIDDER SHOULD BE REVOKED, IT WILL BE AWARDED IN ANY CASE TO THE NEXT HIGHEST BIDDER.
