Automatic rotary machine for the injection of sandals, slippers and boots in thermoplastic, compact and expanded materials

PRODUCTION: - 1 pair of two-colored and three-colored sandals, slippers and boots for each station.

- TECHNICAL FEATURES -

Two Molding Systems:

T / S SYSTEM: bicolor shoes are obtained by injecting the upper first and then the sole
S / T SYSTEM: bicolor shoes are obtained by injecting the sole first and then the upper

The tricolor footwear by simultaneously injecting the tread and the legging joined together with the injection of the midsole.
Piston molds with single or double sole for two colors;
Molds with double sole piston for tricolor.

THE MACHINE IS COMPOSED OF:

- 2 hydraulic presses with vertical closing KN 2200, with proportional control of the closing pressure, independently adjustable station by station;
- 2 hydraulic presses with horizontal closing (presser) KN 1200;
- 2 superimposed injectors mounted on the first press unit: 1 piston screw injector diam. 80
    (1400 c.c.) - hydraulic motor for upper; 1 injector piston screw diam. 65 (1000 c.c.) - hydraulic motor for sole;
- Separate injector mounted on the second press unit: piston screw injector diam. 65
    (1000 c.c.) - hydraulic motor for tricolor midsole and two-colored sole (T / S) with lift-hydraulic system;
- Increased hydraulic motors for injectors and hydraulic unit with higher flow pumps
   for larger hydraulic motors;
- 3 post injection systems (anti-shrinkage);
- Rotating table with 8 mold holders to house molds in pairs;
- Manual and automatic cycle programming for each station;
- Air blowing system for extraction;
- Mold cooling system, with device for temperature control and mold cooling;
- Quick mold locking system and 45 ° opening with double cylinder;
- "ES energy saving" hydraulic unit complete with motor-pump units with variable flow pumps and proportional control        valves of pressures and flow rates for the optimization of work cycles and containment of energy costs;
- PLC / V - electronic microprocessor unit with video for controlling the parameters of
  injection into each mold (volume, pressure, step injection, temperature control, production counting, self-diagnosis);
- Floppy disk for storing molding data;
- Two-hand accident prevention command
