It is noted that trade mark was subject of a partial transfer for following uses:

- National: limited to tools machinery and work centers for class 7

- Community: limited to tools machinery and work centers for class 7

- International: limited to tools machinery and work centers for class 7, except for registration with validation in China, for which it has been assigned entire mark
