SALE NOTICE - Factories Branch
Bankruptcy Tassullo Materiali Spa - n. 64/2016 - Trento Law Court
It is noted that on 27 of Octomber of year 2017 at 10 am, at Curator Alberto Bombardelli office in Trento, Via Manzoni 16, in accordance with Art.107 Bankruptcy Law, will take place on attempting to sale in single lot of "Factories Branch" and "Galleries Branch" property of Tassullo Materiali Spa, and also "Trade Marks" property of Tassullo Spa
Assets subject of sale will be in single lot as follows:
Single Lot: Company branch property of Tassullo Materiali SpA, comprising factories in Tassullo and Mollaro, together with quarries in Pozzelonghe and Bouzen, as well as equipment, machinery, contracts with employees, real estate lease contract of headquarters, other relevant strategic investments to company branch, credits from Tassullo Beton S.r.l., Galleries Branch of Tassullo Materiali S.p.A, which includes surface rights on Riomaggiore mine, mine access gallery, 60% of holding held in CAE S.r.l., equipment, machinery and employees, and finally Trade Marks property of Tassullo SpA
Total Base Price: EUR 5,945,500
Minimum Increase: EUR 100,000
