Irrevocable offers to rent business unit specialized in the storage of petroleum products
NOTICE
"The company branch that you intend to rent consists of:
- from the use of the real estate compendium and related appurtenances located in Pieve Santo Stefano (AR), Via Unità d'Italia n. 52/54 and more precisely: premises used for the storage of lubricating oils for the better identified with the Building Registry of the said Municipality on Sheet 91, parcel 99, subordinate 8, via Unità d'Italia n. 52;
- from the use of the square of about 900 square meters (nine hundred) identified by the same Building Registry, to Sheet 91, particle 736, subordinate 1 and used as a deposit for mineral oils, equipped with a number of seven underground tanks of 20 (twenty) cubic meters, two cisterns buried by 15 cubic meters (fifteen), a cistern of 12 cubic meters (twelve); wooden shelter with roof equipped with a photovoltaic system (currently not stacked) and used for the "Montedoglio" properties and other properties; square of about 600 square meters (six hundred) identified in the same Building Registry, Sheet 91, parcel 738; with clarification that there is the shared use of the following goods: local garage represented at the Building Registry of the said Municipality on Sheet 91, parcel 99, subordinate 9; local warehouse registered in the same Sheet 91 of the Building Registry, parcel 99, subordinate 28 in addition to the right of access and passage on the particles identified in said Sheet 91 and, more precisely: parcel 736 subordinates 2, 3 and 4; particle 99 subordinate 27; with the further clarification that there is a right of way and stop in favor of third parties on the particle 99 subordinate 26 and particle 736 subordinate 3 of the same Sheet 91;
- from the use of the equipment accompanying the depot, the warehouse, the workshop and the uncovered areas in the state in which the aforementioned are located. Buildings not expressly mentioned in the notice are not included in the rental company."
OFFER PRESENTATION METHOD
"The interested parties must send, by appointment, to the office of the curator, Dr. Carlo Cardini, located in Arezzo, via Calamandrei 54, by 12.00 noon on 11 June 2019, the sealed envelope containing his offer, drawn up in Italian language. The envelope must indicate only the name, surname, company name / name of the person who physically deposits the offer, the bankruptcy number (N. 46/2018 RF of the Court of Arezzo)."
