NOTICE

The Trustee of the Bankruptcy Terreni Elsauto spa, avv. Carmela Matranga, invites you to send offers for the purchase to the certified email address f220.2020milano@pecfallimenti.it by 20 July 2023, 1.00 pm:

1. of the share with a nominal value of 5,100.00 euros equal to 0.04% of the share capital of INDUSTRIA E UNIVERSITA' srl, with headquarters in via Monte Grappa 5, Varese (Tax Code 01930490121) at a price of no less than 510.00 euros, equal offer already received

2. of the portion with a nominal value of 8,677.45 euros, equal to 5% of the share capital of UCAV Consorzio Ricambi s.c.r.l. based in Via Tarbara 8; Albizzate (VA) (Tax Code 02858480120) at a price of no less than 2,000.00 euros equal to the offer already received.

Interested parties together with the offer must attach the transfer order for the deposit equal to 20% of the price offered on the current account held in the name of Fallimento Terreni Elsauto SpA RG 220/2020 held at Credit Agricole Italia, agency no. 1 of Milan, via Larga, n, 7, with the following IBAN: IT52S 06230 01634 000015124650.

If more than one bid is submitted, a tender will be called at the Studio del Curatore in Milan, Via Visconti di Modrone on 21 July 2023 at 3.00 pm, with the starting price equal to the highest bid received and a minimum bid of €100.00 .

It should be noted that the company statutes provide for pre-emption clauses by the other shareholders and approval clauses by the administrative body and that therefore the deed of sale, before the notary who will be designated, will be carried out in compliance with these clauses.

All expenses and charges relating to the sale will be borne by the buyer.
