NOTICE OF SALE OF PARTICIPATION IN LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY

 

It should be noted that on 14.10.2021 at 4.00 pm at the office of the trustee located in Trento, Via Torre Verde n. 25, ahead of Dr. Maurizio Postal, assisted by n. 2 witnesses and authorized by the Delegated Judge dott. Benedetto Sieff, the competitive procedure will be held pursuant to art. 107 L.F. for the sale of the stake in 900 SRL owned by the bankruptcy.

 

SINGLE LOT:

 

• 20% SHARE OF THE SHARE CAPITAL OF 900 SRL

 

Base price of the lot € 47.175,00 (equal to the estimated value reduced of 25%).

Minimum bid in case of raise € 500.

It should be noted that based on art. 11 of the Articles of Association in the event of total or partial transfer of shares by deed inter vivos, the other shareholders have the right to pre-emption at the same conditions and prices. Consequently, the award will be final only when the deadline for the exercise of the right of pre-emption by the other shareholders has expired.

To participate in the tender it will be necessary to submit an irrevocable offer in a sealed envelope by 10.00 am on 14.10.2021.

 

The closed envelopes will be opened in the presence of any bidders at the tender to be held on 14.10.2021 at 16.00
