- Following the dismantling of the system, it will be the contractor's responsibility to close the openings on the facade/roof of the building. The disposal of any material contained in the above assets will be the responsibility of the contractor -
Before starting the dismantling and removal activities, the successful tenderer must sign a declaration of indemnity for any damage to people/things/third parties that may occur during the aforementioned activities.
The successful bidder must also provide a specific third party civil liability policy.
the successful tenderer is required to move the furniture present at his own expense and care in order to dismantle the parquet and the plinth and will be responsible for any damage caused to movable and immovable property.
