Please note that priority will be given to the evaluation of irrevocable purchase offers received for Lots 5 and 1. Therefore, in the presence of one or more irrevocable purchase offers concerning Lot 5 (Transfer of business including industrial property and machinery for a business operating in the clothing sector in Camerano) and Lot 1 (Transfer of business operating in the clothing sector in Camerano), the irrevocable offers submitted for individual Lot 4 will not be taken into consideration, unless otherwise indicated by the Procedure, and the award of Lots 5 or 1 will proceed as indicated above, or a bid-raising auction will be called for said Lot, should there be two or more irrevocable offers, deemed appropriate and admissible by the Trustee based on the requirements set out in these sale regulations.
