COLLECTION OF IRREVOCABLE IMPROVEMENT OFFERS FOR THE ACQUISITION OF THE PRODUCTIVE UNIT OF STRATEGIC MINERALS SPAIN, S.L.U.

Productive Unit of STRATEGIC MINERALS SPAIN, S.L.U., with an internationally recognized mining project, in the Penouta-Viana do Bolo mine "Ourense". It is registered under the CNAE activity 2445 - Production of other non-ferrous metals. Its corporate purpose includes the exploration, research, exploitation, and industrial processing of all kinds of minerals and metals; the buying and selling of minerals and metals; the establishment of mining concessions as well as the acquisition and transfer of the same; the acquisition and transfer of shares and mining rights. 

The Bankruptcy Administration informs that it has received an initial binding offer for the acquisition of the Productive Unit of STRATEGIC MINERALS SPAIN, S.L.U. (ANNEX C).

In order to ensure the transparency, publicity, and competition required by bankruptcy regulations, the corresponding judicial authorization has been requested and obtained to proceed with the dissemination of the sale through the specialized entity Gobid.

The publication of this initial offer aims to allow interested third parties to submit offers that improve the conditions of the initially presented one, thus promoting a more competitive and beneficial sales process for the interests of the bankruptcy.
