LOT OBJECT. 540 registered shares, numbers 11 to 450 and 701 to 800, equivalent to 54.00% of the share capital. This is the majority stake: whoever acquires it takes control of the company.
 

THE COMPANY. Gocal de Construcciones, S.A., a public limited company incorporated on 29 May 1981 and registered with the Almería Mercantile Registry. Registered office in the city of Almería. Property development and construction activity (CNAE 4110). Active company, with audited accounts and one employee. More than forty years of track record in the province.
 

ASSETS. According to the land registry ownership search (July 2026), the company holds full ownership of 17 urban properties: 10 parking spaces and 7 commercial units, located in Roquetas de Mar — “Reymar” building — and in the city of Almería. It also has minor machinery and tools and a portfolio of financial holdings in other companies with a book value of €767,655. Tangible fixed assets are recorded on the balance sheet at €134,186 net book value, with the Reymar building heavily depreciated compared to its acquisition cost of €1.38 million.
 

FINANCIAL SITUATION. Share capital of €60,101.21 divided into 1,000 shares. Equity at year-end 2024: €472,102.77. Reserves of €2,596,480.34. Audited accounts.
 

CAPITAL STRUCTURE. The 54% being auctioned is the only controlling stake. The remaining capital is split between two individual shareholders (25% and 20%) and 1% in minor holdings.
