In any case, the Judicial Administrator reserves the right to give priority to the award over the offers received for lots nos. 1 and 2 of which in auction no. 20695, compared to the offers on lots n. 0, 1 and 2 of auction n. 20696. Therefore, only in the absence of offers on the aforementioned lots in auction no. 20695, we will proceed with the award of lots n. 0, 1 and 2 of auction n. 20696
