50% participation share of the share capital of the company SKM Energy Srl, established for the realization and management of a photovoltaic plant with a nominal power of 993.60 kW on a greenhouse located in Naro (AG)

The energy production is incentivized by the Energy Services Manager with an agreement signed on 14/06/2011 under the so-called III energy account, expiring in April 2031.
The plant will generate annual revenues of approximately € 450,000 until 2031.
