SALE NOTICE
"Anyone interested in the bulk purchase of office furniture, garage equipment, as well as the sale of the right to use the "de facto", unregistered trademark and the "MR&D" sign, goods present at the headquarters of Gallarate, via the European Union 8, can present an irrevocable offer to purchase, offering an all-inclusive fee in the event of bankruptcy in excess of Euro 21,500 (amount that will be increased by 22% VAT when settling the balance), guaranteeing it with payment on current account of the IBAN Procedure: IT68T0100501773000000007688, in the name of "FALL 254/2019 MR&D SPA", of a sum equal to 50% of the price offered, as a security deposit, with the following causal "security offer".
The envelopes, containing the purchase offer and a copy of the bank accountant proving that the deposit has been paid, must be received at the Official Receive's office, located in Milan, Largo Francesco Richini 2 / a, in a sealed, anonymous envelope, with indication on the envelope of a fancy name and the number of RG of bankruptcy no later than 18.00 on 24 January 2020."
