The sale will be made by the Notary Appointed Dr. Vincenzo Gunnella, through the Network of Notarial Auctions - RAN, an electronic service managed by the National Council of Notaries (www.notariato.it)
Description of the assets
Branch of a current company in Rovereto, via del Lavoro n.18, whose object is the activity in progress of restaurant pizzeria with food and drink administration.
The company branch consists of:
- instrumental assets;
- registrations and authorizations;
- lease contracts for properties where the activity takes place;
- teaches "Ristorante Pizzeria Self Service La Brace".
Base price: € 75.000,00
Minimum increase: € 2.000,00
Security deposit: € 7.500,00
Base price for residual offers: € 56.250,00
n.b .: the security deposit remains unchanged even in the case of presentation of a residual offer.
It is also the contractor's responsibility to pay the commission, in addition to the statutory VAT, payable to the company GOBID INTERNATIONAL AUCTION GROUP Srl for the management of advertising and the provision of pre-sales assistance to interested parties (information and organization of access) in the following measure percentage, on the award value: 10% (ten percent), by payment, to be made before or simultaneously with the completion of the sale.
