AUCTION BASED ON RECEIVED OFFER
They will be auctioned in a unified and unbundled manner of: Logistical Platform, CIA and INTERPORTO Participations in CIA, INTERPORTO Participations in NEL and CIA Participation in SONORA.
The payment of amount due as security deposit along with the formalisation of the registration to the auction – with expressed acceptance of the general and specific conditions of sale posted on line on www.gobid.it – as well as the provision of all the required supplementary documents by the user, as already specified in point 2 of attached sale notice, will be considered equivalent to an irrevocable offer to purchase at the price set as the base price and will itself constitute a binding commitment to purchase by the user.
All the assets subject to the Procedure must necessarily be considered as a single inseparable object, without any possibility, by the Purchasing Potential, to submit offers - which will therefore not be considered - relating to individual assets, rights, assets, receivables and investments, in the object of the present is inseparably the whole.
