On sale mark for automotive machinery and equipment "Caorle" with italian national registration, european community registration and international registration for Australia, Switzerland, Russia, Japan, Norway, Romania and USA, all currently valid as a result of renewals executed in 2015.
It is noted that trade mark was subject of a partial transfer for following uses:
- National: limited to tools machinery and work centers for class 7
- Community: limited to tools machinery and work centers for class 7
- International: limited to tools machinery and work centers for class 7, except for registration with validation in China, for which it has been assigned entire mark
