Bar and small restaurant business in Montalbano Jonico (MT), Via Torino 3 - COMPANY BRANCH RENT

The resulting value at the time of awarding will be equal to the annual rent for the company branch rent

The business unit consists of the set of assets indicated identified and organized for the operation of the business having as its object the activity of bars and small restaurants with the administration of food and drinks. The business unit is rented in the state of fact and law of the same at the time of the announcement and the successful tenderer, by signing the contract, accepts, without any right, the state in which the business unit is located.
In particular, the business unit consists of, by way of example and not limited to, the following elements:
1) bar and small restaurant business with the administration of food and drinks, at TRATTORIA DA PEPPE located in Montalbano Jonico (MT) in Via Torino 3, in a leased property;
2) equipment, fixed and/or movable, furnishings, furnishings and other movable property owned by the Company and located in the aforementioned property and/or in any case used for the exercise of the business;
3) licenses, authorizations, permits, certifications etc. currently in force issued to the company for the exercise of the business;
4) the employees employed are 4 and are specialized in the sector of activity.

The lease of the business unit will take effect from the signing of the contract which will also determine the placing in possession of the business unit.
The rent will last one year and may be tacitly renewed.

It is noted that a specific Data Room is available for consulting further documentation on the asset being sold, which will be accessible upon request to be sent to gorealbid@pec.it after signing a Confidentiality Agreement.
