The property in question is an abandoned and uninhabitable homestead located in the historic center of the town of Priò (TN) and has been in a general state of neglect uninhabited for several years.
It lends itself to a total renovation with reconstruction of floors, structural parts, external windows, internal doors, systems, roof, connections and so on. Being in the historic center, the property must be renovated keeping the exterior identical to the existing one and maintaining the existing external holes. For this reason, the restructuring is slightly more difficult and expensive.

The Municipality of Predaia has ordered the immediate safety of the building, which will be on buyer's expenses.
