The aforementioned land was assigned in 2010 by the Municipality to compensate for the volume not yet created for the 1254-1269-1432-1433 parcels, originally assigned to the company, where the availability of the area was limited by reducing the cubic volume achievable from 4,200 cubic meters to 3,489.93 cubic meters and where also the presence of the municipal aqueduct pipeline, which crosses part of the original lot, requires compliance with a safety margin of the pipeline, with consequent further limitation on construction, with a total loss of volume equal to 2,350 cubic meters.
