On sale equipment and machinery for the mechanical industry such as presses and welders as well as crane trucks and forklift trucks

The sale is carried out under the following conditions:
- the purchaser's acceptance of all obligations to guarantee conformity and / or good functioning deriving from the sale of the goods sold;
- the sale of all the assets that make up the Lots in word as "Lots are sold as is" in the state of fact and law in which they are found, as well as in body and not to measure, with the express exclusion of the art. 1538 c.c. and of any guarantee by Sofir with respect to the goods themselves
Collection assistance costs are required. Due amounts for the available day of collection are indicated in each lot webpage. For further collection dates additional costs please refer to specific terms of auction.

The availability of the use and maintenance manuals of any goods sold is not guaranteed
the bidder must provide, at his sole responsibility, for the dismantling and removal of the constituent goods within 180 days from the completion of the assignment, with a penalty of € 30.500,00 for each month or fraction of month of delay
