There are modest urban planning irregularities that require amnesty. The same irregularities were reported in detail in the appraisal. The real estate unit requires a S.C.I.A. in amnesty, by presenting a series of documents requiring the approval of the technical office and the quantification of the payment. Therefore the successful tenderer, pursuant to article 37 paragraph 4 of the Presidential Decree 380/2001, after completing the notarial deed, you will have to pay a sum equal to a minimum of 516.00 euros and a maximum of 5,164.00 euros established by the person responsible for the proceedings of the municipality of Trivento. Please note that this amnesty can be presented, as established by article 46 paragraph 5 of the Presidential Decree. 380/2001 within one hundred and twenty days of the notarial deed. The costs necessary for the planning in the amnesty and cadastral variation amount to approximately €6,344.00 inclusive of VAT and cash, excluding the oblation and secretarial/investigation rights to the municipality of Trivento.
