The execution of visits to buildings or furniture for sale is possible, despite the declaration of a red zone, as the curator or the person in charge of viewing sends

A) by e-mail to the interested party, following the telephone appointment setting, an explicit invitation in which he specifies that, as part of the insolvency liquidation procedure, a verification visit of the state of the asset or assets has been scheduled, together with the Curator or to a person in charge, for the purpose of displaying to the Public Authority in the event of arrest.

B) as all the means of profiling indicated by law are used to contain the contagion, in particular each curator or person in charge, when accompanying or directing the person visiting the property, take the temperature of the same using portable thermoscanners, which the organ of the procedure must equip itself, use masks, sanitizing gel, spacing over one meter between people,

C) as any occupants of the property also wear masks and the windows are kept open throughout the visit.

At the auction deadline, for highest bids not reaching reserve price, awarding will be subject to Bankruptcy Bodies approval.

Reserve price is indicated on the lot webpage. Lower will be the difference between the bid and the reserve price, higher will be the chance for awarding. Offers reaching the reserve price will determine the provisional lot awarding

All costs relating to the transfer of ownership will be borne by the buyer.
