In accordance with Art.105, second paragraph Bankruptcy Law, which recalls Art. 2556 Civil Code, sale will be finalized by a notarial deed on buyer's expense.
Notarial deed for the transfer of the company branch to be stipulated by 09/30/2019 by a notary selected by the procedure. All costs are borne by the contractor.
Lots are sold as is. Viewing is reccomended.
Property is not included
The business unit that is the subject of this sale is located inside a building that is the subject of a rental contract valid until 30/06/2023. The business unit is sold net of debts and credits and without the employees' contractual relationships.
