Deposit
In the event of a binding offer for the acquisition of Goods referred to in Operations object of this Procedure, the bidder shall deliver to the Companies, by penalty of exclusion, within 4 december 2019 amount of EUR 1,250,000.00 as a deposit on a price (the "Deposit"), in favour of INTERPORTO.
Deposit has to be paid in one of the following ways:

Such Deposit will be charged at price of Goods which will be assigned to final buyer, or returned to bidder in the event of Goods awarding to another Bidder, or in the event of Procedure interruption.
Participation Process
To participate in auction-bids, the user/subscriber is required to subscribe to www.gobid.it, entering his/her personal details, and is required to subscribe to the auction and accept the related terms and conditions.
To take part in the auction it will be necessary to send the documentation referred to in point 2. ADMINISTRATIVE DOCUMENTATION REQUESTED of the tender notice in the attached section at pec gobid@pec.it.
The payment of amount due as security deposit along with the formalisation of the registration to the auction – with expressed acceptance of the general and specific conditions of sale posted on line on www.gobid.it – as well as the provision of all the required supplementary documents by the user, as already specified above, shall be deemed equivalent to an irrevocable purchase-bid at the starting price fixed for each sale and shall itself be deemed a binding purchase contract on the part of the user.
Said offer shall be expressly officialised on the platform directly by the Consignee (auction-agent/Auctioneer ) via on-line, on behalf of the first user who will have completed the completion procedure described above.
Where more than one bidder have proceeded in officialising their irrevocable purchase-bid in accordance to the above mentioned conditions, and none of the bidders shall raise a bid on the platform, the highest bidder, and therefore the provisional ‘buyer’ , will be the first one in order of time:
- who will have carried out the procedure described above
The Consignee (Auctioneer) shall duly inform all bidders via any means whether they be or not the highest bidders in the formalisation of the aforementioned irrevocable purchase bid.
The awarding has to be conferred to the participant who will present the highest bid.
In case the user who award the lots will not pay the amounts due within the terms agreed, the awarding will be conferred to the next highest bidder.
Bids are binding and constitute a formal commitment to purchase. In case the awarding to the highest bidder will be cancelled, awarding will be conferred to the next highest bidder and so forth.
Additional specific terms
Buyer's Premium: A charge of 0,80% + VAT will be added to the price of each awarded lot.
Buyer's premium due has to be paid within 10 days from awarding.
VAT on lot and taxes by per law if due.
Offer Modalities
Competitive procedure will be carried out with a static offer, starting from an auction base price of EUR 28,113,927.00, whereby participants can send icrease from time to time of higher value with minimum increase of EUR 500,000.00. At the time when a registered user will enter a static bid, this can be exceeded by a bid of other users with an increase of at least EUR 500,000.00. User, at this point, will be required to enter another static bid higher the last increase (with minimum increases of EUR 500,000.00) to awarding lot.
In this auction you will not be able to maximum bid (proxy bid).
Extra-Time
In case a winning offer will be submitted within 5 minutes before the auction deadline, the time to place another bid will be extended for 5 more minutes from the last bid received. Every other winning bid submitted within 5 extra-time minutes, will extend the time for placing another bid for 5 more minutes from the last bid received and so forth.
Companies and GOBID INTERNATIONAL AUCTION GROUP SRL are not liable for direct and/or indirect liability unless they are guilty of fraud or serious misconduct.
Absolutely Companies and GOBID INTERNATIONAL AUCTION GROUP SRL do not respond to: direct actions of the user that may cause damage or malfunction to the system, unavailability of visualisation and/or use of www.gobid.it, illicit use of www.gobid.com,
Companies and GOBID INTERNATIONAL AUCTION GROUP SRL shall under no circumstances be held liable for any malfunctions in the system that in any way may affect or delay the delivery of communications to subject being registered.
Competitive procedure may, at the discretion of the Companies, be suspended and/or postponed either due to technical problems linked to the system, depending on server or network malfunctions, or its unquestionable judgment for different reasons.
In any case, Companies and GOBID INTERNATIONAL AUCTION GROUP SRL are not responsible for failure to participate in proceedings by person who is registered or for inability to continue participation for person who is registered for reasons independent from servant and from infrastructures of GOBID INTERNATIONAL AUCTION GROUP SRL, nor for any malfunction or defect in connectivity services required to reach the system through public telecommunications network.
They constitute a full and exclusive proof of all parts of this procedure, with regard to content and time of electronic documents/messages, recordings on log file generated by system. Registered subjects declare and acknowledge that system logs produce fully proof of relationships between them. Such registrations shall be confidential and shall not be disclosed to third parties, except as expressly provided or by Judicial Authority.

In case of insurgency of any controversy related to the interpretation of the dispositions included in the general and specific terms present in the website translated in different languages, it will be applied the Italian language version of such texts
