The present auction is subject to a deposit of  EUR 1.800,00.

Lots Availability
 
Any registration related to preemption rights, registration of foreclosures and seizes, or any other tie falling on the lots on sale will be cancelled complying to art. 108 Bankruptcy Law (Legge Fallimentare) once the sale will be completed and the price will be fully collected. Any formalities for cancellation will be on buyer's expenses.
 

Payment deadline
 
Awarded lots have to be paid in full within 60 days from the provisional awarding and within property transfer.

Buyer's premium due has to be paid within 15 days from awarding.

Fees and expenses related to sale on buyer's expense (law fees, notarial fees, fiscal and non fiscal fees) have to be paid in full  within 60 days from the provisional awarding and not afetr the date set for the property trasfer.


Buyer's Premium
 
A percentage % charge + VAT will be added to the price of each awarded lot also in case of offers received related to art. 107 L.F (Bankruptcy Law). 
 
The above mentioned percentage charge will be applied according to the modes shown in the following table:

The calculation base of Buyer's Premium is divided into different staggers each one corresponding to a rate decreasing when staggers increase.
 
For each awarding price, the corresponding Buyers' Premium will be given by the sum of the commissions calculated on the referring stagger, according to the modes indicated in the table above.


VAT: 
VAT application may vary according to law depending on the awarding subject and will be calculated on the awarding price and added to it. (where applicable)


In case of insurgency of  any controversy related to the interpretation of the dispositions included in the general and specific terms present in the website  translated in different languages, it will be applied the Italian language version of such texts

Los terrenos tienen la siguiente destinación urbanística y vinculante: zona de tipo ZONA C2 - ZONA EXTENSIVA DE PROYECTO - cuya edificación está regulada por el art. 27 de las vigentes N.T.A.
La sociedad fallida se ha reservado la volumetría edificatoria restante, equivalente a mc. 122,25 (ciento veintidós coma veinticinco), del terreno perteneciente al edificio identificado con la parcela 1096 y por lo tanto podrá solicitar al municipio el permiso para edificar en la propiedad restante colindante también la cubicación referente a la superficie de dicho terreno. En consecuencia, se establece una servidumbre no edificable a cargo de la parcela 1096 y a favor de las parcelas 1091-1093-1094 y 1095 limitada a un volumen máximo de mc. 122,25. Esta servidumbre debe ser considerada también como un vínculo edificatorio a favor del municipio de Giacciano con Baruchella.
