Optional Shipping Service
If you wish to use the service, the winner must confirm it once the award email is received at the end of the auction.
Interested users are invited to contact support via email or phone at comercial@gobid.es or at 0737.782080 to receive a quote for the related costs, considering their variance based on weight and destination country, in addition to extra costs that will be applied by the shipping manager and/or Gobid, such as: fuel costs, shipping insurance, packaging service, shipping preparation, etc...
The shipment has a maximum insured value of 1,000€ per single shipment. If the value of the shipped lot exceeds the aforementioned amount, the winner who decides to use the shipping service will fully assume the risk for damages exceeding the maximum insured value.
By using the shipping service, the winner releases both the Principal and the Agent from any liability for any problems that may occur in the management of the shipping service, such as loss, theft, damage, delivery delays, etc., except for willful misconduct or gross negligence on their part.
