The cost of the free port shipping service with charge is € 12.00 per lot (for parcels up to 3 kg) throughout the national territory.

ALL-IN insurance equal to € 5.00 on all new and reconditioned products.

 

The courier delivers from Monday to Friday between 8.30 and 18.00.

It is not possible in any way to fix the time and/or day of delivery of the products, nor is it possible to request delivery to post office boxes.

The goods are delivered to the carrier intact, carefully packed and sealed. Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, always check the packaging if it is intact, not damaged, wet, crushed, split or tampered with.

 

The goods travel at the recipient's risk and peril even if shipped free port. However, the shipments are insured, so that the insurance coverage is valid, it is necessary to immediately report any damage, tampering and/or missing packages to the deliveryman. If anomalies are found upon delivery of the goods, it is important to accept the products by stating what was disputed on the waybill (e.g. YOU ACCEPT WITH RESERVE - Describe the anomaly in detail).
