Increase methods
Static offer: "Static offer" means a bet on the price published online, plus a fixed minimum increase.
The minimum increase suggested by the system can be increased through the appropriate sliders in the offer panel
Extra-Time
If raises are made in the last 5 minutes, the time to make them will be extended for an additional 5 minutes from the last episode received, thus indefinitely until no raises have been made in the last 5 minutes.

Deposit
The present gathering is subject to a mandatory deposit of 10% of price offered.
Deposit has to be paid in one of the following ways:

Participation Rules:
The collection will be done in the following ways:
After having registered on the www.gorealbid.it website, all bidders, except those legally not admitted to the sale, will be required to send an irrevocable purchase offer, by filling in the participation form (published online) and return it signed, for acceptance of the proposed conditions, to the following address:

together with the accountant of the transfer certifying the payment of the requested security deposit.
The irrevocable purchase offers presented by any buyers must be accompanied by the payment of the required security deposit, the payment of which will itself constitute a formal purchase commitment by the subscriber of each offer.
The offers must be made in the manner indicated in the attached offer form and must contain:
- the identification of the bidder, with the complete indication of the details and the details of an identification document, the indication of the tax code and in the case of a married natural person in the property of the legal communion of assets, the corresponding spouse data, by sending a copy of the identity document;
- the CCIAA of the company or sole proprietorship and a document of recognition of the legal representative in the case of a legal person or owner or individual company;
- the price offered
Filling out the form will entail acceptance of the conditions of use of the www.gorealbid.it platform and of the general and specific terms of the collection and any subsequent auction.
The best offer received by the certified e-mail address provided by the Agent may be used as the basis for the auction for a competitive sales experiment to be carried out on the Platform.
The Agent will take care to inform all bidders in any way that they are the best bidders or not when formalizing the aforementioned irrevocable purchase offer.
The Principal reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to accept or not accept the irrevocable purchase offers presented by any buyers.
If the best offer is accepted, the Principal will instruct the Agent to start the next sale experiment, to be carried out through an online auction on the basis of the best offer received and whose specific conditions are shown in the sales notice which must be consulted by the 'bidder.
Payment deadline
The payment of the balance of the awarding price must be made within 30 days from awarding.
Buyer's premium due has to be paid within 10 days from awarding.
Fees and expenses related to sale on buyer's expense (law fees, notarial fees, fiscal and non fiscal fees) have to be paid in full within 30 days from the provisional awarding and not afetr the date set for the property trasfer.
Buyer's Premium:
A percentage % charge + VAT will be added to the price of each awarded lot also in case of offers received related to art. 107 L.F (Bankruptcy Law).
The above mentioned percentage charge will be applied according to the modes shown in the following table:

The calculation base of Buyer's Premium is divided into different staggers each one corresponding to a rate decreasing when staggers increase.
For each awarding price, the corresponding Buyers' Premium will be given by the sum of the commissions calculated on the referring stagger, according to the modes indicated in the table above.
VAT:
Value Added Tax at a rate 22,00% will be calculated on the awarding price and added to it. (where applicable). VAT application may vary according to law depending on the awarding subject
In case of insurgency of any controversy related to the interpretation of the dispositions included in the general and specific terms present in the website translated in different languages, it will be applied the Italian language version of such texts
